Oh I know, but if you wreck a car or an airplane there’s no specific “car wrecking” or “plane wrecking” charges I’m aware of. You usually get charged with stuff like unsafe operation of a vehicle, public endangerment, maybe assault with a deadly weapon, etc. I would have assumed train wrecking fell under something like that.
